I cant speak for rustbullet but por and kbs are uv sensitive so youll need to coat them with a top coat if the part will be exposed to sun. I used the marine clean and metal etch.
Por 15 paint is good for surfaces that are already rusty. I personally have used por products throughout my build and have been more than happy with the results. I had my frame shipped bare and painted it with por 15.
