Connect the headlight side of the cut green wire to the white wire pin 87 on the low beam relay. Pin 85 goes to ground while pin 30 goes to the new 30a fuse.

Adding relay to headlights. Attach the 85 terminals. Again the thicker the wire the better. This run to the battery is typically much longer then the run from the relay to the headlights so its gauge must be thicker. I use splice connector in this project link below on how. 1measure the lenght of the wire you need from the stock wiring going to the left to right if your battery is in the right then your wiring should start in right headlamp going to left. Attach the high beam circuit feed from the headlight switch to the 86 terminal on the high beam relay. Attach the low beam circuit feed from the headlight switch to the 86 terminal on the low beam relay. Your headlights and high beams will both work like normal theyll just be significantly brighter.

The solution is to run a separate power line outside of the stock wiring harness that links the battery directly to your headlights. The two headlamps are connected together as normal and taken to pin 87 of the relay. Connect the red leads pin 30 from both relays to the horn relay or other full time 12v source. Attach the new high power feed wire to the 30 terminal on both relays.
