Slap your adjustable wrench around the flats on the gauge and unscrew it. Test the switch to make sure it turns on and off the light or dims the light. Currently only one the left works. Your well pump gets its marching orders from the switch mounted on. The dimmer turns on and off well but does not dim in any way. Now you have a new switch or dimmer switch that works. The tp link light is a bit warmer when on but still not noticeably so. Turn back on the circuit breaker. Never seen this before and the switch isnt new nor are the lights any ideas.

If your lights buzz when dimmed its probably because the filaments in the bulbs are vibrating as the dimmer switch turns electricity off and on repeatedly to create the dimming effect. If it doesnt work go back and follow each step and make sure the wires are securely connected to the correct locations on the fixture.
